At Bath and Beauty Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and beauty products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused and unopened.

Return Request Time
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Photos or videos may be required for damaged or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or incorrect

Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at lnchude@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
